Choosing a Raven Essence

Utterly safe to use, you cannot make a “mistake” in choosing flower essences. A poor choice will simply be ineffectual. To achieve the best results, it is helpful to work with a skilled holistic practitioner who can help you identify the patterns you are seeking to shift. Flower essences can provide invaluable support when we are making major changes in our lives, and it is during these times that our perspective may be limited.

That said, everything you need to select an essence for yourself or a client is available in the online store. While the definitions in the online store offer a more left-brain approach to selecting essences, I highly recommend considering them with a more intuitive approach, such as muscle-testing, the use of a pendulum, or deep resonant listening to your body’s wisdom. For this, you may prefer viewing the essence definitions using the tactility of the Raven Essences manual.

Using Raven Essence Kits

One of many things that makes Raven Essences unique are the Raven Essences Kits. These eighteen essence kits are based on specific themes inspired by meditative listening, world events, and issues or concerns brought to me by colleagues and clients. Working with a kit over a cycle of time offers tremendous psycho-spiritual support for an in-depth, self-facilitated journey into life’s mysteries. Each kit comes with a booklet outlining its overall premise and ways to work creatively with the essences. Some kits are accompanied by a short slideshow. Over time, working with a specific kit of essences with a clear intention and time-line provides subtle support from Nature for healing, balanced growth and conscious change. All the essences in the complete kits are half-ounce bottles; individual essences from the kits can be purchased as one-ounce or half-ounce bottles.

Using Personalized Essences

I love creating personal combinations from the 350 Raven Essences; the process always gives me a specific entry into Nature’s wisdom. Each combination tells a unique story that mirrors and amplifies your intention, provides insights into your evolution and how your personal process is part of a larger ecological outworking. Working with a personal combination over time can facilitate a ritual of reconnection with Source.

The three-part process begins with a half-hour consultation to identify your area of interest and to create an intention for the essence. After you have received and begun to work with your essence, we arrange another half-hour session to decode Nature’s story revealed through the definitions. The combination of the vibrational energy and the detailed story-information provides you with insights and Nature’s support for gentle change.

For a number of years I created personalized combinations for nine holistic practitioners to support their unique healing modalities. This collection of 55 essence blends of Practitioner Essences have added tremendous depth and diversity to the Raven Essence system.
